MotoGT Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The part has a defect or the fitment is incorrect due to MotoGT error
• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
• All original tags, labels, and documentation are intact
• The item is not marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable (e.g. custom-made or special-order products)

Refund Process

1. Submit a Return Request: Go to your MotoGT account > Orders > Report a problem.
2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will contact you with the return instructions.
3. Ship the Item: You must ship the item using the provided return label (if eligible), or at your own cost.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to MotoGT error or a defective product.

Non-Refundable Items

• Installed, used, or damaged parts
• Electrical components (unless defective)
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. To replace an item, please request a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll prioritize a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship. To cancel, visit your order details or contact MotoGT Support. Once shipped, orders must follow the standard return process.
